Welcome to Spear Systems. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Spear Systems website and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Spear Systems ("We", "Us", "Our").

> 02. Lead Data Disclaimer

The leads we provide are generated through our separate, owned and operated brand websites. Those websites have their own distinct privacy policies that govern the collection and use of that data, including the necessary consents obtained from those individuals.

As a client purchasing leads from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and are independently responsible for ensuring your use of that lead data complies with all applicable laws (such as the US CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and state privacy laws).

We collect information that identifies you as a business client. This may include:

Account & Contact Information

Your full name, business email address, phone number, company name, and job title.

Billing Information

Your billing address and other information necessary to process payments. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full credit card details.

Communications

Any information you provide when you contact us for support, make an inquiry, or otherwise communicate with us.

Technical & Usage Data

Information collected automatically when you use our Service, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and dates/times of access. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies.

> 04. Accounts & Third-Party Sign-In

Access to the platform requires an account. You may create one with an email address and password, or sign in using a third-party identity provider (currently Google or Microsoft).

Account Linking

Where an identity provider reports a verified email address that matches an existing Spear account, we link the two so that either sign-in method thereafter reaches the same account and the same data. You must not use an identity provider account whose email address you do not control.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account, including the security of any identity provider account you use to access the Service, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly using the contact details in section 12 if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Provider Availability

Third-party sign-in is provided subject to each provider's own terms and availability. We are not responsible for a provider's acts or omissions, and we may add or remove a sign-in method at any time. If you lose access to the provider account you use, you may be unable to sign in until you recover it or we can verify your identity by other means.

We use your Personal Information for the following business purposes:

• Service Provision: To create and manage your account, process your orders for leads, and provide platform access.
